Ken is one of the three primary founders of Chimera and brings years of experience including a decade and a half in the C-suite at one of Ontario’s most important agencies, the Ontario Financing Authority where as the Chief Financial and Risk Officer, he was also responsible for managing and guiding the IT Division. He bring this wealth of experience and contacts in both the private and public sectors in launching and establishing Chimera. As an accomplished leader, leveraging his rich experience gained whilst carrying out C-suite roles, he envisions creating a level playing field for all candidates to find the right opportunities - imbibing values of Diversity, Inclusion through the process.
